The Reality of it….

I haven’t been back in a long time.. But the semester is over and my brain juices are flowing. I need to get tight with my writing skills anyway. But the reality of it. is that I have been a political Junkie since this race started last year. I mean  can’t get enough of this years political season.  But I have came to the realization that this is going to be tough for my candiate Our candidate Barrack Obama. I mean the racist remarks that have been flashed in out of indy media. I just wonder what we aren’t seeing. Can you imagine what happened when he went to WV. No I CAN’T but i am sure he heard some slanderess terms come up in these massive rallies that he has.. Oregon Can you believe 80,000 people.> He is a rock star.. LOL  But yes the reality of it. The “lay off” my wife comment was good.  I am glad that he stood up for his wife and called the TN GOP trash and low class. I mean the racial undertones in this eelection. The double standard…. look a McCain Wife… I know she is not clean.. and “good girl” as she claims that she is.

Aftermath..of the march on the justice department

dsci0100.jpg

The March was very good. Alot of people showed. All of the speakers, were amazing and inspirational.  I only marched around the justice department 3 times. For one it was PACKED IN THERE!! 2 I didn’t have the most comfortable shoes, and it was cold.. The best thing I observed about the March was that there was all colors, shapes, size, smells, and styles of people that particpated.  It was beautiful .. I love my black people, and even more when I see how we can get together. I have to commend Al Sharpton, for great stride, in social justice, and public service to our country. He is an awesome mann. When I saw him, Tom Joyner, Steve Harvey, and freinds together, I couldn’t have been more inspired. We have already, recieved a response, from Mr Mukasaey, speaking out and saying justice for hate crimes is long over due.

Mukasey issued a statement saying his agency takes allegations of hate crimes seriously and is working with state and local police, as well as civil rights groups, to “investigate aggressively dozens of noose-hangings and other recent racially and religiously motivated” crimes nationwide. Such investigations, he said, do not occur in the public eye.

“We hope that all can agree that it is the criminals who commit violent acts of hate who deserve the loudest protest,” Mukasey said.
